Hi Richard, OK everyone to his own. However, I did forget to mention this guy was from technical services somwhere in Middlesboro and seemed to be knowing what he was talking about............Also why do you think he would say that if it was in his remit to try to keep customers? He is one of those who ring you back trying to get you to stay with VM, he did offer some good deals then told Sky and got an even better one!
