Reminds me of the poor chap who had penis cancer, which was operated on successfully, except his foreskin had healed a bit tight.
He went under the knife to correct it, and the German (why is it always German doctors getting it wrong?) surgeon sliced his penis off.
It took them 2 years to get a court forced appology from the hospital.
I'm sorry, a patient comes in and has his penis removed when he shouldn't have, and the hospital didn't think they should appologise????
