Sorry, but I treat my business and my tenants with far more regard than that, to allow a potentially unqualified electrician, for example , to effect any repairs or installations, without first ensuring they are qualified to carry out the work. I do not treat qualifications as a ticket to employment, but why would I consider employing someone with qualifications, above someone who has none (apart from the fact that for some jobs is it a legal requirement)?
