Most women don't do the full 22 years, very far from it in fact
only six per cent of female soldiers serve their full 22 years.

Probably, I wonder how her comrades feel about doing her guard duty etc so she can look after her baby, I think the army does its best to accomodate peoples needs and has been harshly dealt with here, just goes to show how biased employment tribunals are, you only have to turn up to win on even the most trivial of cases.
