Nope...and it will.

As Kymmy says if you change your routers Mac Address you will be issued with a new ISP provided IP address, after rebooting the modem of course....the same way connecting a completely new router will result in a new ip address too. Other than any changes using Automatic DHCP in your router might make though your internal IP addresses shouldn`t change at all.
You can always clone the Mac Address from one device to another if you really wanted to try keeping the same IP when swapping Routers. Not that it`s guaranteed to stay the same with VM`s own automatically assigned IP addresses of course. I rarely ever see a new ISP provided IP Address now that i think about it, unless i force the issue. Even turning our router & modem off every night rarely results in a new ISP provided IP Address.
