Yeah I'm hoping it's just a case of waiting a few days for it to sort itself. I've had a few people successfully send from non-NTL email accounts, but the two different NTL emails I've tried have just vanished without a trace. They send ok, and I get no error message or bouncebacks, but they don't appear at the receiving end.
My web host did a check for me, and found that emails I'd sent from NTL to a
friend's domain that is hosted on the same server as mine did get received ok, so it does look as though the problem is only with NTL to MY domain, and as I have recently changed the name-servers then that looks like the likely cause.
Hopefully NTL refresh their DNS cache more than once a year.
