whereas st james' park wanted to relocate to the town moor(an area more than big enough) and free a large amount of inner city area ,reducing conjestion dramatically ,this plan was rejected despite being favorite with the fans owners and local residents
at the same time the mosque in question was approved planning because it solved a problem for the local authority ,namely what to do with a small cluster of industrial units that needed repair
