SB, If they want to cut NHS spending, they should look to the managers first mate. A complete waste of money. Do you really need so many managers to run just one ward?
How about getting in bank staff at an inflated rate when they refuse to pay the regular members of staff overtime.
Total mismanagement.
I know this because my wife works as a grade 3 HCA at a mental hospital.
