I wonder how many find their way back on to the road via dodgy dealings?
I can't really see how this has benefitted British car manufacturers, figures show that most cars bought under the scheme were small & foreign, many of those being Korean. I believe Fiat also did well out of it. I expect the dealers & scrap men must be rubbing their hands though!
