Casualty will broadcast in HD from early 2012 after it moves sets in 2011

Casualty is moving production location in 2011, and therefore will move to HD delivery at the same time. That will mean that Casualty will probably start transmitting in HD on our channel in early 2012. Because of the shift in locations, it doesn't make sense to make changes earlier than this.
