Re: Ashampoo problem

Possibly do a registry search for Ashampoo only if your comfortable with the registry and don`t have other Ashampoo products

Specifically you could try these keys.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\RunOnce]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\RunServices]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\RunServicesOnce]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Userinit]

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\RunOnce]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\RunServices]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\RunServicesOnce]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows]

Also it may be wise to do a registry back up using Erunt http://www.larshederer.homepage.t-online.de/erunt/ before you start deleting keys.

What Operating System is this on?
