What I think happened was the couple were clearly discussing Christianity and that woman chose to include herself in the situation, in which case it was none of
her business.
I know you want to portray yourself as a defender of minorities and yes, usually Muslims are the victims in situations like this but it seems the woman herself has trouble telling the truth as alluded to by the judge.
On those terms I'd say she probably made up most of it.
