make it hi-tech - mmmm, Government IT Programmes have such a good record, and they're cutting spend on IT (see article below)

Yet more hollow meaningless pledges from the masters of lies and spin which you can be sure will go exactly the same way as the others they've made over the last 13 years.
Typical of New Labour to claim that the cuts they've finally and reluctantly admitted they're going to have to make won't actually impact on our major frontline services.
No doubt the high tech economy they're going to build will benefit from that wonderful intergrated transport system Prescott built for us during the good old days when the tax receipts were rolling in...
After all they've done they still have the audacity to bang on about fairness. What on earth do they know about that concept!!

Don't worry about that, New Labour have given us 13 years worth of failure and the worst recession in decades as ammunition so I dare say that'll feature large for quite some time.....
Tell you what, why don't you and Flyboy start a thread dedicated to all those New Labour successes. Since it seems you're a supporter you're ideally placed to educate us as to why we should vote for more of the same.
