Itv told me that they forwarded my request below to yourselves but I have not had the courtesy of a reply.

I would be grateful for your comments as it would appear that we are being denied itv HD programming because utv are going their own way. I predict that this will go the way of itv2 maybe 10 years ago when utv would allow cable to carry itv2 as a utv2 was running. Where did that go???

Thank you for your recent email regarding the launch of ITV1 HD. Sorry for the delay in my reply; I am just back from leave.

We are currently in negotiations with ITV in order to provide a UTV HD channel in Northern Ireland in the near future.

We appreciate when viewers take the time to contact us as your views are important and have been seen by UTV senior management.
