I'm afraid you will have to pay for it, there was a case of this with a customer on the T-Mobile USA network, they signed up for Unlimited mobile internet, over here the equivalent is Web'nWalk Max. Well anyway, they were told that they would get unlimited usage, and they asked if they could use the allowance whilst roaming, guess what, the sales advisor said yes!!!

The guy went travelling round Europe, and he came home to find a bill from T-Mobile for $750. He was charged for data usage whilst roaming.

He tried to challenge T-Mobile and eventually had to take them to small claims court.

Thankfully,iphones have wifi capability.
