I live in Liverpool I have BBC News Multiscreen via red button, but I am pretty sure I am not on NGTV yet, been told I come under Preston which is yet to be done.

On Coming Soon to Virgin news...

with this ofcom news are we likely to see some announcements on Sky Channels? Ben, MB have you heard anything yet?
