If you feel like that person is antagonising you on purpose (which I doubt he/she is imo) why don't you report him to a moderator and get it sorted?

You do have a right to moan like I do when I moan on and on about them not delivering vod to me and having to subsidise hd/espn with my subscription and I do feel your pain but this is probably the wrong topic and forum to express this.....maybe on the official virgin forum or even their twitter?

So are you going to be all "British" about it and get shafted by it?
Why don't you contact them again and again until you get the result your after or failing that why don't you really stick it to them and move to another provider?
