a) IT Director at a University
b) Director of Park Services for a major city
c) Electrician, and resident of Jersey
d) Engineer at a nuclear power station

It helps no one when a large number of people who do not have the abilities, drive, or luck to progress in life, are classified along with those who chose not to.
