NGTV is neither here or there, if VM don't have the capacity in a area they can't launch the HD channels.
Analogue was switched off in Coventry eons ago. No sign of Cov being NGTVed yet.

Hell, Cov was chosen for the 200Mb broadband trials, so bandwidth isn't an issue here....unless the new HD channels require additional bandwidth from switched video functionality which NGTV provides.
