if so its another way VM screw people over by not allowing all customers access to all the channels they are entitled to. its a little annoying that VM do this as this staggard launch crap would not happen with Sky or BT.
Wow that's bad news for me if true! Plymouth doesn't seem to be on the radar yet with regards NGTV?
