Nah, All countries create cheats.
It's the level the delusion in the respective countries that denote how much coverage it gets. Scholes did something similar to Henry against, I think, Turkey or the Ivory Coast. Gerrard has an irresistible attraction to the floor and other peoples faces and Rooney isn't exactly advise to a dive.
Difference is when England do it it's either 1) ignored, 2) made to look as if it were a 50/50 decision or if it's really blatant and indefensible then it's "controversial".
Then everyone congratulates each other on what good sports England are and how we uphold fair play blah blah blah.
The Henry incident was made worst because of the occasion but it happens all the time and I didn't see Ireland rushing to correct the ref when
they won a penalty for a non-existent foul in an earlier qualifying match.
