What excites me about this is not so much what it'll be able to do today, but what it'll be able to do in the future. I've no interest in searching for and watching youtube vids on the telly. But having an interface that may be able to search for my favourite tv series, or film on the web, is of interest to me. Especially if I can then download it too to the cable box.
I know most people want the tivo features I just hope Virgin actually have a decent ui for once and make all this wait worthwhile.

Is all the searching on the internet via your tv really needed especially when most people have computers?? It just seems that those sort of features would just be added because they could. What happened to just watching tv?
