To be honest i would not hold out too much hope myself,but in an article i found it said ofcom may use its powers to force a price cut allowing sky to appeal afterwards.

Ofcom know sky love trhe courts after the itv shares marathon of court cases which sky threw money at galore but still lost.
Not long to go to find out what ofcom propose if anything.
