Yeah exactly, I really have replaced absolutely everything on my end and now that includes the modem. How exactly would I go about getting them to check this though? Last time I called 'tech support' they just got me to run a speed test on my line and told me everything was fine.
Also of note is the fact a friend of mine also experiences the exact same thing but lives on a different road (with a different box no doubt).
