I'm planning to find a noggin to anchor it to - if I then pull the spring toggle towards the wood and then tighten it up it should be fine. Obviously I won't be going direct to the back of the plasterboard - that would be a bad idea and would pull the entire panel off the wall!

if it's a stud wall then as you say screw direct into the noggin with a 2inch wood screw still dont see the need for the toggle fixing though
