Hi,
Just rang Virgin. Not receiving any emails since 9am this morning. Status page does not give any issues. Test emails to myself do not arrive. Logged into Web Mail and it showed over 800 old emails in my inbox!!! Rang helpline, message said problem with email and the engs should fix by 8:30AM!!!!!!!!!! Spoke to techie, his status page is different to ours shows the problems... Oh for God Sake!!! He checked my account... something about porting to a different platform... outcome was I should wait as eng is working on it!! Oh yes like last year... took days to fix!!! NOT HAPPY!
