Hi guys, any ideas why my cable modem would stop displaying errors in the event log? With the problems Ive been having Ive been keeping an eye on it. I know I've had errors everyday and they were showing up before but now its only showing this far back

QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
Mon Feb 8 00:09:06 2010 Mon Feb 8 00:09:06 2010 Critical (3) No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=xxxxxx;CMTS-MAC=xxxxx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
Mon Feb 8 00:11:41 2010 Mon Feb 8 00:15:15 2010 Warning (5) MDD message timeout;CM-MAC=xxxxxx;CMTS-MAC=00:00:00:00:00:00;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

Also is it normal that I cant clear the log? Since install whenever I try and clear the log I get this..
