Fairly poor effort when the VM network is suffering the worst congestion in years after the bodge job overlay network build, they are threatening to kick users off for undetermined amounts of usage where they have too many people sharing the bandwidth, protocol based shaping is coming in the not too distant future and STM is going to be tweaked.
