Anyway they have to wait until the current TV deal expires and if the Premier League insists on this plan I suggest the top teams break away from negotiating the TV deal as a whole league and do their own deals. Arsenal, United, Chelsea, Liverpool and City can make deals with Sky themselves. Maybe do live streaming of all their games live, I'd pay a subscription to Arsenal to watch every game (or every home game depending on rights) streamed over the internet.
