You are aware that the @virginmedia.com addresses setup differently to @blueyondr.co.uk addresses and if you do not follow the instructions to the letter they will fail to work.
As in the username is the full email address as in
bill.smith@virginmedia.com and when you finish setting up you have to go back to the properties box and change the port numbers and enable SSL.
