Well, new reply, they say it'll take 6-8 weeks to fix but right now i'm getting around 10% packet loss, can't talk on vent or play any games.

I'm wondering if going with another provider temporarily will be an instant fix? Don't really fancy paying for 8 weeks and not being able to use it.
