It is just that Virgin are saying it is 'pioneering' this and it's a 'first', yet the Post Office were giving people free/inclusive/included/not chargeable calls to mobiles a long time before VM were.

no your definately missing something.. for example ....my sons payg virgin mobile has 200mins he calls me on my vm contract or house phone he will still have 200mins .All the other companies take the minuits used for that call of the allowance of minuits or charge extra outside the allowance because it is a mobile that has been called
