Just thought I'd post these again, do you think its worth asking for an engineer to visit again as the one that came out on Tuesday just got me to run the TCP optimizer.

I've just fired a complaint over to Virgin asking them to look in to my area and speed problems.

As everything is disconnected from my network and the pc runs direct to their new modem I feel the error must be either my modem, the hub/exchange or maybe somewhere in between, I'll post back when I get a response.
