Right, yesterday night it was (Weirdly?) fine, but tonight at this time (late at night - again, out of the ordinary clockwork cycle) it's giving me large packet loss in all streaming applications (iplayer, vent, games)

I really appreciate your replies on this, it's weird that the downoad/upload seems pretty good, but i'm still getting this huge packet loss. I've added another test I think might indicate there is a problem below, again, I appreciate your help guys.
