Fairy snuff, you're being misbilled though, you should not be paying that price.
I would guess none, given that they seem to be throwing these letters at whoever they feel like at the time while people on 50 seem quite ok downloading TB a month and people on the same platform on 20 are getting bothered for using considerably less.
