Yes it did, but the L package was specifically mentioned so thats what I was discussing.

VM used to make a big thing of advertising their free (M) TV pack, now it's hidden away in the small print at the bottom of the page.

Maybe because Virgin no longer want to make a big deal of the M package and would prefer people bought the M+ ?
