I appreciate that, never got around to the fight it will take. Only caused problem with torrenting which I don't do anymore (switched to Windows 7 RC
). Been on 10mb for years.
In November after sorting a billing issue with CS she asked is there anything else I could help you with. I said can I have a new modem. She "of course, we'll send one out"! Waiting patiently...
