I know that people often complain about Virgin service. I have had a few frustrating weeks trying all possible remote code combinations for a Loewe Art TV and V+ box, so I mailed
remote.codes@googlemail.com. Within minutes Theo had replied and within two days had arranged for delivery of a new type 9 remote and code (3630 for anyone in the same position). I could not have hoped for better service. Thanks Theo.
