BIG Brother turned Big Butcher to set the housemates one of the most "offal" challenges ever seen on the show.
In a task more suited to gory programmes such as I'm A Celebrity, the contestants had to manhandle a mountain of cow intestines.

After surprising them with a huge roast beef dinner, BB told the stuffed celebs to don butchers-style outfits and head to the task room.

Waiting for them was a cow made of wire mesh - and an enormous pile of offal. The housemates had to weave the innards through the mesh to make the cow "whole again".

The stars were separated into three teams for the relay task, which took more than an hour and had most of them retching.

At one point, sensitive Stephanie looked like she might be sick - and told Jonas: "You're lucky you don't have to give birth."

But they successfully completed the task and got a reward from BB.

What they didn't know was that it would be ANOTHER roast dinner.
