You could run a co-ax cable from the RF out, but you wouldn't get stereo.

If you were thinking of an extra box, look at V+ as well, you may be able to add that at a cost not much over a second ordinary box.

Freesat? - Cost a bit for kit and fitting, but no further monthly charges. Looks like the Sky pay once bargain is no more.

I guess the other option is to consider a loft mounted antenna, (if that would get enough signal), or a roof mount, but if it's a difficult area for freeview, then if you're paying to have something put up, Freesat would be a better bet.
