Hi all
in a nutshell....i had a great 10MB service never a problem
upgraded to 20MB and now get same speed and pings as 10MB but most of the time worse
cpc1-perr10-0-0-XXXXXX.perr.cable.virginmedia.com
I dont know where i was before
