hehehe, free provided products can't really be slagged off, however, there are many reasons within a corporate decision in which to supply, cost of course factors heavily, but simplicity of use and reliability has got to be high on the list as well, get something the not so technically minded can use or something unstable, and you pay for it in increased support requests... so in the end it's a compromise, for many it is ok, for others that look closer there are better options.
(i'd have loved to be a fly on the wall for the meetings regarding switching from Netgear to D-Link)

@ III and pip08456.... the WRT160NL-UK is not 5.0ghz compatible (802.11a i believe) and does not have Gigabit LAN ports.
