I managed to get through to the off shore call centre apparently there is in an area fault, still no service, so I'm guessing it will be out till tomorrow. I'm not that bothered as long as they are aware of it and fixing it - do the outage teams even work through the night?

Yeah just checked your outage and it's not going to be on the status page as it's a P2. We only post P1 (over 250 customers) on our status pages. The status page is always updated by the Outage Teams.
Engineers work around the clock. Your service should be back on soon
