I would happily accept that rule.
It would be interesting to know the figures of how many
serious crimes are committed by Brits abroad, and then compare them to
serious crimes committed by foreigners in this country.
I would have thought the main crime caused by Brits in Spain for example are by boozed up tourists or Soccer supporters, not Brits who have emigrated to Spain or seeking asylum there.
