I switch mine off overnight because my TV/DVD Player/V+ Box/WDTV/Powerline adaptor are all plugged into the same 8-way adaptor so it makes sense to switch them off at night rather then leaving them all in standby. Also it gives me something to do in the morning
And my house-mate nags me if I leave them on overnight.
