Beds councils put it on a nice plastic style leaflet with a slotted hole in the top so it hung on the wheelie bin handles..
Yesterdays collection though was planned one day early but it didn't happen till today becasue of the snow
They've also stopped collection garden waste for the next two weeks with extra recycling waste collections and a specific day for xmas trees
