On MB's first post there are all those region BBC and ITV channels that are not live. Are they so that we will be able to see all regions or just for testing before combining them into capacity for new HD channels (like they did with showing Sky channels on the 30 new channels they added to the bandwidth before we got increased HD)

Edit: Having all the BBC and ITV regions available to everyone would be pretty wasteful of bandwidth considering how little difference there is between the regions apart from local news
