Update:
Set off a 30gig download last night before going to bed. When I left it had started at a full 6MB/s.
Came back this morning to find the download not even half completed and running at 400KB/s. Which is exactly what I've seen before.
Web pages such as the BBC are now loading slowly
Is there much more the support team can do to investigate these issues?
