Plus they (Highwinds) have had a major problem for the last 2-3 months where binaries are corrupt and they still can't sort it out after all this time. Some people say it's ok but others still get corrupted binaries and they haven't a clue as yet as to the problem, it's just laughable. See virginmedia.support.usenet and look for posts with 'Ticket F001035570' in the headers!
If any company you bought a service from failed to fix a problem after all this time I'd be giving them a rocket and maybe looking at possible legal action.
