Given you're dropping a service it'll be interesting to see how this pans out. They usually tend to not like people who drop services and not having the phone will lose you a fair chunk of discount.

I've just done it as a brand new customer and it's 42.50 / month for 3 months going up to 47.50 - zero bundled discount so 15GBP/mth for the L HSI for 3 months then 20GBP/month and 27.50 for XL TV.

TV has only been available without a phone line for a month so doubtful anyone has dropped the phone line and taken this on.

You're probably better phoning them up and asking for a bit of renegotiation on the deal as a whole, unless you already have a fat discount in which case perhaps losing some TV channels is a better way to roll.
